When You Are Making Sixfiggaz...

While most college students are unsure of what they want to do after graduation, there are those shimmering and shinning exceptions like Carl Wesley, CEO and founder of Six Figgaz clothing. This twenty-one year old junior is already doing big things in a major way. He started Six Figgaz clothing his freshmen year here on the campus of Prairie View A& M University and he's only grown to be more and more successful with his business each passing year.
He named his clothing line, Sixfiggaz, after the nickname that was bestowed on him by fellow classmates in high school. Clearly exemplifying his level of ambition and willingness to succeed even as a high school student Wesley is continuing to set trends. Wesley's shirts are also being sold in numerous local stores. In addition to that, a recent BET interview on the college-geared show The Center aired on national television launching Sixfiggaz on track for soon to be mainstream status.
Upon being asked if he had advice for aspiring peers who wished to follow in his footsteps, he said, "A dream plus motivation equals success". Wesley declared that he wants everyone to understand that he didn't just become successful overnight due to the fact that there was a lot of hard work and struggling involved. To those who have a dream he says, "Find out what you want to do and stick with it," determination is the key.
Along with his recent partner Quinton Felder, Carl has more than realized his dreams and makes them a reality. "I knew I would make it someday," he said, "The sky is the limit."
Six Figgaz clothing and its creator is notably a public figure on the Prairie View's campus, yet Carl handles his status very humbly and with a grateful attitude. When asked what kind of legacy he would like to leave behind on this campus he said, "I want to be remembered as a positive leader, hard worker, hustler, ambitious, educated and an example of mere perseverance." He is also very thankful to his family, friends and fellow Prairie View students and faculty for their support.
Right now Six Figgaz offers men's' and women's' T-shirts, and are looking to expand even bigger and better ideas for fashion in the future. These ideas include sponsoring an Intramural basketball team and a dance group already titled "Undisputed". Consumers of Sixfiggaz merchandise can also look forward to mix tapes, which will showcase Six Figgaz first rappers like Anonymous and Bruce Bruce.
